Qualification & Experience

• Educational Qualification: UG Degree or Diploma in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics are preferred. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with good organisational, communication and leadership skills are also welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle store management, inventory tracking and material movement.

• Coordinate with employees and monitor daily work activities.
  🔹 Maintain operational records, stock details and other relevant documentation.

• Support the supervisor in planning, organising and monitoring routine activities.

• Take responsibility for managing daily operations independently in the absence of the main supervisor.

• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant people to ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in maintaining discipline, effective communication and overall operational efficiency.
