• Position: Business Development Executive – Financial Services

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for business finance and personal loans

• Conduct field visits, calls and customer outreach

• Identify and approach potential customers

• Follow up with prospects and coordinate loan applications

• Develop referral and business networks

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Work towards monthly business targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

• Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in business development, sales and financial services

• Willingness to conduct customer meetings and field visits

• Own two-wheeler required for field visits

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area

• Candidates based in or around Coimbatore preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
